If a pencil gets stuck in the sharpener, causing it to stop working, simply remove the lid, take out the pencil, and reassemble the sharpener. Avoid sharpening pencils shorter than 2.9 inches to prevent them from getting stuck in the blade.

If the pencil tip breaks often, switch to a different setting to match the hardness of the pencil core. The sharpener is designed with a strong helical blade for hard pencils, but softer cores may require a different setting to avoid tip breakage.

If the sharpener spins without sharpening pencils, press the pencil down harder to engage the blade. If the sharpener doesn't hold a charge, try using a 5V 2A adapter to power it up.
